Frank entered the best-lawn contest. Every morning he went outside with a mower, walked in careful straight lines, and waved to the neighbours.
On judging day, the grass looked perfect. The judge knelt, touched it, and frowned. “This is artificial turf.”
“Yes,” Frank said.
“Then why do you push a mower over it every day?”
“Because the neighbours have been telling me how much work their lawns are,” Frank said. “I didn’t want them to feel bad.”
