Frank named the new printer so everyone could find it on the home network.
He called it Reliable Printer.
The first document stayed in the queue for twenty minutes.
Then the printer sent Frank a message about its new name….
Frank connected every laptop and phone.
His wife could see Reliable Printer. His daughter could see it. Even the television found it, although nobody knew why the television wanted paper.
Frank sent a one-page test.
The printer woke, clicked twice and displayed PAPER JAM.
There was no paper inside.
He added paper. The screen changed to OFFLINE.
He restarted it. The test page remained pending.
At last, a setup message appeared. DEVICE NAME MAY BE MISLEADING.
Frank asked his daughter what they should call it.
She changed the name to Ask Dad.
The document printed immediately.
